All of our programs use a carefully constructed curriculum taught by trained coaches who use age-appropriate equipment to instruct children in the basic fundamentals and mechanics of 9 different ball sports. We take care to ensure that every child is able to build their skills at their own pace within a non-competitive, learning- based, environment that emphasizes patience, teamwork, skill-building and confidence. At the core of each of our classes are developmental sports lessons that focus heavily on athletic skills that promote motor development growth. Also incorporated into the class are activities designed to improve hand-eye coordination, flexibility, muscle tone, balance, speed, cardio, agility, and fundamental life skills. The end results are programs that provide every child with a complete learning experience designed to advance a child’s whole development. |
