Types of Programs Available
Maid To Sparkle will award single unit and Master Franchises to qualified individuals:
Single Unit Franchises-Each franchise will receive an exclusive territory of 50,000 qualified homes. A qualified home has a disposable income over $25,000.
Each single unit franchise is $25,000. Royalties on gross income is 7% per month. Start up capital amounts to $15,000- $20,000 which includes the cost of advertising, call center, payroll set up, accepting credit cards, and remote check deposit. Master Franchisor-A Master Franchisor helps Maid To Sparkle award single unit franchises. The Master Franchisor sells franchises, helps open the units that are sold, and supports the local franchises. In return, the Master Franchisor receives 50% of the franchise fee plus 1/2 of the royalty stream each month. The Master Franchise program is $100,000. Additional start-up capital will average $30,000, mainly for advertising and marketing. The Master Franchise territory will encompass 1 Million qualified homes. You will be required to open one single unit franchise in your territory as a base of operations to award franchises, as well as a functional unit for prospective franchisees to visit.
