• Fast Casual Restaurant
• Casual Dining Restaurant
• Fine Dining
• Financial capability to open 5 restaurants within 5 years
• Liquidity = $2.5 million, Net Worth = $6.0 million
• Personal guarantee of the franchisee

Required Documentation:

• Submit Franchise Application Form which will be provided
• Provide Personal/Corporate Financial Statements
• Provide detailed 5 Year Market Plan
• Provide a sample Pro Forma/P&L for the first restaurant
• Carlson Restaurants requires background checks for all serious candidates
