Training & Support
The Shop24 business system provides you with the opportunity to run your own profitable business with the help of experienced professionals. As a Shop24 franchisee you are responsible for the operation of the Shop24 automated convenience stores that you lease.
As a Shop24 franchisee you can lease one or more machines. You then monitor each machine in your business using the Shop24 service-driven technology; ensuring that you manage each product category profitably utilizing our sophisticated category management tools, keep your machines well maintained, presented and stocked at all times and manage your cash sales and financials with our fully integrated back end accounting system.
Our Shop24 system provides a turnkey business with daily operational execution, performance tracking, database management, category management tools and back-end accounting systems. You will complete our in-depth training programme and be provided with comprehensive operating manuals. Our business development support staff will also be working with you to help you make a success of your business.
Shop24 franchisees have the support of our ‘Center of Excellence’ and the Business Development team. Shop24 will supply you with a complete Franchisee’s Manual to guide you through the operational requirements of running your own, stand-alone Shop24 business.
