It’s an auto paint protection system that prevents chipping of the paint and lights on your valuable automobiles. At only eight to fourteen mils thick, ClearBra auto paint protection is composed of a self-annealing outer layer combined with an energy-absorbing under layer. This modern technology creates a trampoline effect against rock chips - a prized car owner's greatest worry. As a new ClearBra franchisee you will have access to an array of skilled and seasoned professionals whose primary interest is your success. A real estate attorney will visit your market and assist you in selecting a site and negotiating favorable lease terms. Our designer will draft and coordinate the fit-up of your shop. During a 10-day training period a team of specialists will teach you the critical disciplines required to successfully run a ClearBra shop, including installation, customer service, marketing, accounting, and management. A seasoned support representative with an MBA degree will help you write a business plan, research your market, and visit your shop during its grand opening phase. After you open, this representative will also work closely with you to help you meet your goals and overcome any obstacles.

Additional support mechanisms include a toll-free ClearBra support line, a shop owner's support intranet, and an annual training and team-building convention.

You will also benefit from participating in ClearBra's performance group mentoring program. Up to five franchisees and a corporate facilitator will visit a shop over a two-day period. The group examines all aspects of the business, from sales and installation to accounting and marketing. They then make suggestions for improvement to the owner. The next morning the team meets at a hotel and briefly discusses – one by one – the performance of the visitors' shops. Again recommendations are made. In six months the performance group visits another ClearBra shop.
